Within 14 days after you get your order you have the right to regret your purchase. This only applies on unbroken original packing/wrapping and in unused condition. Return shipping is paid by the buyer, and products that are being sent back by cash/collect on delivery are not accepted.

Refund will be given as money back.
We will not refund you if the product has been opened.
The breaking of the closing sticker means the opening of the product.

If the package is damaged during transport, and the content of the product leaked, the buyer needs to indicate this to the courier and to us as well and in this case the buyer must refuse to accept the package.
The shipping company will investigate the case and if the package was really damaged when it was handed over, the company will provide compensation and the buyer can decide between the refund as money back and the product should be delivered again.
