SHIPPING POLICY
Please add your phone number anyway, so that we can start your order!
Without your phone number we can't start the shipping!
That's because the delivery company (FedEx) asks us to give recipient's phone number.
This is necessary for shipping so that the courier will be able to notify you.
We process your order as quickly as possible. Our goal is to start the shipping within 2-3 business days from when payment is obtained.
We are using FedEx as primary carriers.
The package will be sent by FedEx Priority, it takes 1-2 business days.
We have a US Central Office with customer service.
We have an official Hungarian representation in Budapest near, so we keep in touch daily with Hungarian distributors night and day 0 to 24.
We have a shipping department in Hungary, near the "Liszt Ferenc" airport, in the immediate vicinity of the Hungarian FedEx branch office, so we can organize the fast and accurate delivery of packages in the most perfect way.
Only Organic Premium Brands Promotion & Store shall not bear any responsibility for any failure to deliver the Product or any delay in the delivery stemming from incorrect or imprecise address provided by the Customer.
REFUND POLICY
Within 14 days after you get your order you have the right to regret your purchase. This only applies on unbroken original packing/wrapping and in unused condition. Return shipping is paid by the buyer, and products that are being sent back by cash/collect on delivery are not accepted.
Refund will be given as money back.
We will not refund you if the product has been opened.
The breaking of the closing sticker means the opening of the product.
If the package is damaged during transport, and the content of the product leaked, the buyer needs to indicate this to the courier and to us as well and in this case the buyer must refuse to accept the package.
The shipping company will investigate the case and if the package was really damaged when it was handed over, the company will provide compensation and the buyer can decide between the refund
as money back and the product should be delivered again.
